Terms of Service

The terms under which HuaCure provides its website and coordination services.

Last updated: October 2026

1. What we provide

HuaCure is a patient coordination service. We provide information about healthcare options in China, help you organize medical records and appointments, and coordinate logistics such as interpretation and travel arrangements. We are not a hospital, clinic or licensed medical provider.

2. Informational content only

All content on this website — including articles, guides, hospital and physician listings — is for general information only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Decisions about your care must be made together with qualified physicians who have reviewed your individual case. See our Medical Disclaimer for details.

3. No outcome guarantees

We do not promise treatment results, waiting times or costs. Hospital bills are set by the treating institutions, not by HuaCure. Estimates we provide are based on information supplied by those institutions and may change after physicians review your records.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuaCure is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website, delays in communication, or medical outcomes at third-party institutions. Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fee (if any) you paid us directly for coordination.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide us, for obtaining valid travel documents and visas, and for complying with the policies of the hospitals you visit.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The current version is always published at this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
